Just some thoughts

So I've been digging in the word a lot in John lately but today I read Acts a little. Here are some thoughts.

Switching over to the book of Acts written by a soldier named Paul
just some thoughts on what God has revealed and what I saw.
Its the beginning of the church and what I'd like to model my life after
live my whole life souled out even if i get hung from the rafters.
This will be a struggle to toggle away from the selfish life I live,
give and give some more
Thats the motto I've injected in my soul
So the selfishness can be rejected and my heart can become the center for disease control.
"Why deny life's simple pleasures" says the god of this world,
Get behind me satan for I must show these sheep the door.
Life dont work when you boogie to your own groove
I must remove myself so God CAN move.
For my pride can not and will not abide,
with the calling on my life that God instructed when his son died.
The call for us to be bona fide
And like nationwide be on his side,
To go to war with Hyde
and be the Jekyll and not misguide
His church that he placed beside us believers to guide
The lost sheep away from the dark side
and bring to light this flood tide
of sin as wide as the great divide
so that in the end He will be glorified!
So push aside your pride and self worth
Because brothers and sisters this will only lead to hurt.
For we men are simply finite
And cant not comprehend God and all his might.
So I pray these words run through your vains
like IV easing the pain that satan has put in your life so that you will not gain
joy from the love poured out by the lamb that was slain
But he is powerless because my savior came
and rescued me from the flames
and rid me of shame!
So hear me now brothers and and sisters, another brother just crawling,
Start today and live a life worthy of your calling.
